The evo one red, yellow, blue light never stop flashing on my 2011 tacoma

Question

I got The evo one for the remote start but the red, yellow and blue light never stop flashing.

I can’t get The blue and red to stay on all three keep flashing.

I have a 2011 Toyota base Tacoma automatic with G-key

Keep trying step two for hours and can’t get the red and blue light to go on all three lights keep flashing  

What can I do to fix this issue
