Can you reset my modul or i need to send it back?

I've bought a Fortin evo-all with thar-audi1 for my 2010 a4. I've tried to flash but received a msg "the current device cannot be flashed anymore". No key required system. SN 001A06853395, preload date 40/2018, hardware 6.0, firmware 4.18, flash limit 0/0. What should i do?

Modules with a manufacture date over 5 years old cannot be reset or re flashed.
