Blue light is not blinking at steps 8 & 9

I got the Fortin EVO-CHRT7 All in One Remote Start & Interface Kit w/T-Harness + Flash-Link Updater Bundle - Plug & Play Solution for Select 2013 Chrysler/Dodge/Jeep Vehicles. The Flash updater shows upto chrt6 not chrt7 for flashing the evo all module when adding in vehicle details for 2013 Dodge Dart 2.0 L Automatic transmission standard key. The followed the guide #98631, the module doesn't flash at step 8 its stays solid. I have attached the ignition and parking wire. I have attached the pictures for them. Is connecting the hood pin essential for programming?

I believe we spoke on the phone and you were going to connect ignition directly to the vehicle. Let me know if that worked out for you!
